Hi, I’m Amo Ngoepe. I’m a multidisciplinary professional blending executive and life coaching, psychoanalysis, spirituality, and creativity. I’m also the founder of Khapa Wellness, a holistic coaching practice that helps individuals, teams, and organizations create sustainable practices for better care and performance.

I’ve spent over 14 years in roles that taught me the importance of structure, support, and self-awareness - working as a management consultant and in professional development at McKinsey & Company, a minister at Old South Church in Boston, and a Quantity Surveyor at the Gautrain Station.
